Q1. Where can I get product & price information?
A1. Send us inquiry to WENDYCAO@MIKOMETAL.COM by e-mail , we will contact you as we receive your mail.

​Q2. How long can I get the sample?
A2. Depends on your specific items,within 7-30 days is required generally.

​Q3. What's kinds of information you need for quote?
A3.  Kindly please provide the product sample. Drawing is should be in PDF, and will be better you can provide in CAD, STEP or IGS.

​​Q4. What's the payment terms?
A4.  50% payment as deposit by T/T, 50% balance and frieght are should be paid before loading. Or 100% by T/T as the full payment for small order or sample order that the total value is under $2,000. Currency is should be USD.
For small amount, we accept Paypal, Payoneer, WorldFirst and Western Union, commission charge will be added to the order. For big amount, T/T is preferred.

​Q5. How to delivery the goods?
A5. We deliver the products by courier company, transportation ways are by air or by sea.

​Q6. Are you a trading company or factory?
A6. We are direct factory and exporter with experienced engineers and about 20-30 skillful employees throughout China.

Q7. What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A7. Please send your sample to our factory,then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length,Hight,Width) , CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

​​Q8. Can we get some samples before mass production?
A8. Absolutely.

Q9. Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A9. Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.

​​Q10. Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A10. We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

Q11. If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?
A11. As a matter of fact, we will take a chance to do poor quality products. Meanwhile, we manufacture goods quality products until your satisfaction.

​Q12. What payment ways do you accept?
A12. We are accept T/T, bank wire, PayPal, Moneygram, Payoneer, WorldFirst and Western Union for payment.

​Q13. Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?
A13. Yes, we are a professional metal & plastic manufacturing factory with an experienced engineering team that can customize products according to customers' drawings.

​Q14. How can I get a quote from your company?
A14. In order to quote your son as much  soon as possible, please provide us with the following information: 1). Detailed drawings (CAD / PDF / DWG / IGS / STEP, etc.) 2). Materials 3). Quantity 4). Surface treatment 5). Any special packaging or other requirements .

​​Q15. I have samples but no drawings, what should I do?
A15. Please send us some sample photos and we will evaluate them. If we can produce, we will ask you for samples and make drawings according to your samples.

Q16. What guarantee do you offer?
​A16. For the non-human quality issues, we are accept return, fix, refine, redo or compensate of the after-sales service if receive customers complain.

A17.Yes, we are a professional metal manufacturing factory with an experienced engineering team that can customize products according to customers' drawings.

​Q18. How long is your delivery time?
A18. It depends on the quantity and difficulty of the product, normally we need round time is 7-30 days.
